ACCOUNTING MANAGER

One of our clients is currently looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

- Independently manage the company’s full accounting operations

- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, payment management, tax declarations, and financial closings

- Guarantee compliance, reliability, and accuracy of accounting data

Key Duties

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record, classify, and verify all accounting entries (purchases, sales, banking, payroll, fixed assets, inventory)

- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations

Payment Management

- Prepare, verify, and process supplier payments (bank transfers, checks)

- Monitor payments, follow up when necessary, and ensure compliance

Financial Closings

- Prepare and record all closing entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements

Tax Declarations

- Prepare and submit all tax declarations

- Strictly comply with legal deadlines

External Relations

- Liaise with auditors and provide required documentation for audits and inspections

- Manage relationships with banks and tax authorities

- Bachelor’s degree +4 in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations

- Ability to perform analytical accounting and reconciliations

- Proven experience in full payment management and financial flow monitoring

- High level of accuracy, organization, and respect for deadlines

- Strong command of accounting software and advanced Excel skills

- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

- Autonomous, responsible, and detail-oriented

- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information

- Proactive, adaptable, and initiative-driven

- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
