Tropic Knits Group, member of CIEL Textile, is one of the largest vertically integrated manufacturers of quality jersey wears in the Indian Ocean, with factories in Mauritius, Madagascar and India. Tropic Mad is the entity operating in Madagascar.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/PLM systems, and basic data analysis.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of Operation Bulletin (OB) creation, SAM/SMV calculation, and garment construction methods.

Experience in Industrial Engineering, garment manufacturing, or pre-production is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
