EANERGIE

Assist the Maintenance Manager in implementing the power plant's maintenance policy. He will supervise a team of mechanics in their mission of preventive and corrective maintenance of the power plant's equipment, in compliance with procedures, safety and environmental standards.
• Perform periodic maintenance services on all installations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Be able to take dimensional and dimension measurements using a Boresighter,
• Micrometer and Calliper.
• Provide detailed reports of planned and unplanned interventions.
• Facilitate the intervention of external service providers in terms of supervision and
• Compliance with ENELEC's workplace safety procedures and standards.
• Systematically inform management, to whom they must respect and obey, of any important decisions or major incidents (generator or circuit breaker tripping,
• overspeed, spillage; outbreak of fire or requiring generator shutdown).
• Take responsibility for any proven emergency situation in the presence or absence of the maintenance manager. Notify before or after action, depending on the level.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Department on equipment performance and the daily plant maintenance schedule.
• To respect the environment, avoid any spills and large, unreported leaks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and the wearing of personal protective equipment, as well as team safety.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the workshops.
• Provide ongoing training for mechanics.
• Participate in or review the long-term evaluation of the plant's performance and
• propose corrective measures if necessary.
• Have welding skills (arc, torch, and/or argon, etc.)
• Participate in the annual staff evaluation.
• Provide coverage and support in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
• Other duties as needed and commensurate with the role and qualifications

Diesel Mechanic graduation/ Basic training motor mechanics.
Electro- mechanical graduation/ Attend a mechanic training school or Study in a Marine Engineering school
Work or have worked as a mechanic or mechanical supervisor
Good knowledge of diesel engines.
Good command of metrology measurements.
Ability to determine which spare parts to order with the correct references.
Easy to find information in technical manuals.
Ability to read technical diagrams and drawings.
Good knowledge of the oil system
Good knowledge of the compressed air system
Good knowledge of the cooling water system
Good knowledge of the air and gas system
Good knowledge of the speed control and regulation system of a diesel engine and the Woodward 723 Plus.
Good team management skills
Good computer skills
Good knowledge of HSE
Knowledge of SCADA, WOIS-WISE, HMI, and generator systems (WARTSILA, MAN, DEUTZ, ROLLS ROYCE, BAUDOUIN, CAT, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a noisy environment
