
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental or Social sciences, Criminology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in crime prevention, law enforcement, or conservation, with a focus on biodiversity protection and natural resource management.
- Proven ability to design and implement data collection and crime prevention strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in community-based conservation and working in rural or remote areas is an asset.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Malagasy and French. English is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to challenging field conditions.
