Objective
Thoroughly audit my Shopify e-commerce site and implement all necessary changes to achieve top-tier conversion rates, outstanding user experience, and industry-leading technical performance based on quantified best-practice benchmarks.

Scope of Work
• Conduct a full technical audit (site speed, architecture, scoring 90%+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop).
• Analyze and optimize conversion rates (>= 2%), cart abandonment (< 60%), bounce rate (< 40%), and average order value.
• Complete UX/UI review: customer journey, mobile and desktop ergonomics, navigation clarity (<= 7 categories/menu), clicks to purchase (<= 5 steps), product images (HD, color variants, zoom, 360°).
• Implement and enhance social proof: verified reviews (>= 10 reviews per product, average > 4/5).
• Set up or improve FAQ, instant chat (response < 30 sec), post-purchase experience and transactional emails (open rate > 60%).
• Secure the entire site: SSL on all pages, legal/disclaimer/privacy policy one-click accessible, secure payment badges.
• SEO audit: Lighthouse score > 80/100, meta tags and alt text on > 90% of pages, rich snippets (reviews, price, stock), optimizing product page content.
• Reporting and documentation: before & after scorecard, impact analysis, recommendations for all critical areas.

Ideal Candidate
• Senior Shopify expert with proven track record of high-converting, customer-centric e-commerce sites.
• Proficient in technical audits, UX/UI, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Advanced skills in CSS, JS, theme optimization.
• Strong experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, etc).
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
