
• Holder of a Master I degree in Health, Safety, and Environment, or in Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences.
• Specific training in HSE programs.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in safety and/or training.
• Knowledge of and ability to implement a safety management system on site.
• Must be able to contribute to the implementation of HSE / Fire Protection / Emergency Response programs.
• Strong understanding of standards, concepts, practices, and procedures in health, safety, and environmental fields.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (awareness, training, report writing).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive on field roads.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual.
• Ability to influence and strong sensitivity to safety-related issues.
• High adaptability and comfort working in field environments.
