You will be the first point of contact for customers on a variety of topics: order management, delivery tracking, level 1 technical assistance, etc. You will contribute to service quality and user satisfaction through efficient handling of incoming requests.

Handle level 1 support tickets (orders, invoices, returns, general information)
Provide fast, clear, and empathetic responses
Escalate complex issues to internal teams (level 2)

Compensation / Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Friday (weekends optional based on your preference)
9-18h MG et 15-00h . Working hours may evolve depending on client needs, but the total weekly hours remain fixed at 40 hours/week.
