Your key responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of sales assistants and assistant coaches
• Provide daily coaching, continuous training, and performance monitoring
• Ensure achievement of quantitative goals (minimum 1 validated appointment per assistant)
• Optimize prospecting campaign performance
• Balance appointment schedules for the sales team

• Proven experience in managing outbound call center teams
• Strong leadership, coaching mindset, and team-building abilities
• Excellent command of CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software
• Fluent in French is required
