Ensure that all IT Systems supporting the business to function efficiently.

Actively monitor the usage, efficiency and performance of IT Equipment, Software and Business Systems.

Ensure that the technical performance and security aspects in the infrastructure environment are optimised,

including databases, network and servers.

Recommend solutions to improve the use of information technology within the organisation.

Identify new areas and business processes where current tools can be leveraged to facilitate continuous improvement.

Develop, coordinate and deliver end user trainings to increase systems adoption.

BAC +3 or BAC +4 Computer/Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Networking

Having 3 Years of experience in the same position

Minimum of 2 years direct experience with 0365 as an administrator or super user.

Any Windows certification will be an advantag
