We are a leading textile company based in the Anosizato area, employing approximately 3,000 individuals. Specializing in garment manufacturing, our company is experiencing significant growth and expansion and is committed to complying with social and environmental standards while ensuring the well-being of its staff.
Working hours are: from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in order to manage all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, promoting a positive workplace culture, supporting line managers (especially in cross-cultural environments), and ensuring efficient staffing and employee relations to meet production targets. The HR Manager will:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism
- Oversee the administration of OSTIE, CNaPS, and FMFP procedures
- Draft official documents and correspondence for public institutions
- Prioritize daily HR operations and multitask effectively
- Carry out performance evaluation: implementation of annual evaluations, definition of objectives, skills monitoring, performance improvement plans.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Prior experience in a multicultural environment and/or in a free zone company is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
• Result-oriented
