
Guest Experience Executive is an effective replacement for the host, at scale. They are
responsible for securing valuable bookings from respectful guests, preparing guests for their
stay and solving in-stay issues.
The focus of the Guest Experience team is to secure and protect host income. You will be
speaking with people from all four corners of the world helping them to have a great stay in
their home away from home.
What will you be doing
Working in a fast paced environment, providing great customer service to our
guests
Liaising with guests upon and after arrival (check in process, answer guest queries …)
Resolving any in stay issues. whilst protecting the revenue.
Input on improving operational processes
Find ways to improve & control cleaning quality across a distributed network of
locations.
Develop a coherent strategy for home maintenance so that we can reduce in-stay
issue resolution time - driving host satisfaction and reducing operational friction
Stock Management
Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
Focussed on excellent attention to detail

Bac + 2 / 2 years of experience.

Ability to prioritise tasks and make quick decisions based on available context is a
vital success factor.
