We are a rapidly growing vacation rental company based looking for a skilled and experienced manager to join our Housekeeping Supervisory team. The role will involve leading, inspecting jobs and managing the efficiency of a team.

Main responsibilities:

1/ Ensure all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreed to standards

2/ Ensure all cleaning tasks abide by the cleaning specification

3/ Monitor and record the use of equipment and materials

4/ Ensure all equipment, machinery and cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and safe

7/ Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules

8/ Liaise with management on any current issues

9/ Recruitment, training and development of the housekeeping team

10/ Responsible for ensuring orders (linen and cleaning materials).

Bac + 5 / 3 ans d'experiences / français écrit et parle courant.

Person specifications:

1/ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (essential) / You must be FLUENT in French and English.

2/ Previous experience in Hospitality

3/ Logistical skills

4/ Proven ability in effective planning

5/ Excellent managerial skills

6/ Ability to provide feedback

7/ Fast Internet Connection is Required
