Acteur historique de l’externalisation en France et dans l’Ocean indien, nous intervenons sur toute la chaîne de valeur pour accompagner les entreprises dans l’optimisation de leur processus métier (BPO),la gestion de leur Relation Client ainsi que les services informatiques et numériques (ESN).

We are currently recruiting two English-speaking engineering profiles: an Embedded Software Engineer to support our growing and innovative projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of Linux/Yocto-based embedded systems for industrial or energy devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and efficiently debug production problems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Be open to learning and working with other programming languages, such as Golang.
- Collaboration with hardware and software teams to define requirements and system architectures.

- Proven experience of 3+ years in backend development using Go.
- Development and maintenance of the backend of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance and a smooth user experience.

Required Qualities:
- Ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high code quality.
- Thorough understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience in solving complex problems within client projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Technical Skills:
- PHP and Symfony for backend development.
- RESTful API design and implementation.
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and deployment.
- Software design patterns and best practices.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) integration and management.
- Debugging tools (GDB, JTAG) and Git version control.

Additional Assets:
- Previous experience developing e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of additional technologies and programming languages.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
