
1. Responsible for Microwave equipment hardware installation supervision, software commission and service integration/cut over.
2. Responsible for Microwave equipment maintenance, support customer to deal with equipment operation and service configuration, solve equipment problem so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Discuss Microwave equipment technical issue and proposal with customer.

Work experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Project Delivering and Technical Support service for related Microwave Network products.
Knowledge and skills:
1. Self-motivated, customer oriented
2. Strong understanding and knowledge on Microwave products, and work experience with Microwave network technical support experience.
3. Good networking knowledge of Microwave and IP technologies.
4. Good OSS and NMS software knowledge and operation skill is preferred.
5. Good Communication skills and multi-cultural environment experience is preferred.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in English.
