Senior Executive – Export (Shipping & Logistics Department)-réf:GTM-SHP-013 - Antananarivo

We are a leading textile company based in the Anosizato area, employing approximately 3,000 individuals. Specializing in garment manufacturing, our company is experiencing significant growth and expansion.

• Manage and oversee Export shipments (Sea/Air) across all destinations
• Monitor the Export Tracking and ERP system updates
• Supervise courier exports (DHL, FedEx, etc.) including documentation and dispatch
• Maintain and audit shipping export documents.
• Participate and support random inspections of export goods
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure all export operations are in full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular reports and shipping updates to the Operations Manager
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping
Proven track record handling US and EU customer shipments
Solid understanding of international shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, FCR, etc.)
Familiarity with customs compliance, Incoterms, ERP software, and courier platforms
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools
A team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with handling international reputed customers.
Knowledge of ISO procedures and 6S compliance is an added advantage
Degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field
