E-commerce Platform Support Specialist with French, English or German FULL-REMOTE

FullHelp is a European company that develops two lines of business.

HR (human resources) is our main activity with which the company started its activity in 2014 and we carry out recruitment campaigns for temporary or permanent work projects, in favor of companies of any size and any sector in any of the European Union.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Provide support via calls and emails to platform users;
* Meet individual customer needs and build strong client relationships;
* Recommend the best possible solutions to every user and demonstrate excellent product knowledge;
* Contribute to revenue growth and meet targets;
* Collaborate with other departments and strive for excellence;
Requirements:
* Fluency in French English or German
* Other foreign languages – advantage;
* Solid experience with SaaS platforms is a must;
* E-commerce background is considered an advantage;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Strong PC literacy;
* Friendly attitude and ambition.
