
As Management Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Management Accounts, you will be at the forefront of our management reports, driving accuracy, transparency, through comprehensive constant reporting review and analysis. With your expertise, we will navigate the complexities of all entities’ management accounts with clarity and confidence, ensuring informed decision-making at every level of the organization.
Missions:
1. Ensuring accurate financial recording, meticulous variance analysis, and providing invaluable insights to serve as our financial guide, assisting the Finance team in producing precise management accounts and metrics.
2. Leading the review of management reports with diligence, expertise, and strategic insight to bolster informed decision-making, monitor project and business performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include:
1. Management Reporting and Variance Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of the Projects performance and provide insights to management and Stakeholders on areas of improvement or concern.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting;
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
3. Process Improvement and Internal Controls:
• Continuously evaluate and improve management reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices and automation where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Group internal control procedures and assist in the implementation of controls where necessary.
4. BS Review, Reconciliation, and Tax Review:
• Oversee the review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts of All entities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with accountants to review provisions, tax returns, and compliance matters.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to financial reporting.
5. Sales Accrual Review and Reporting/Accounting assistance:
• Review of sales accruals, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting of revenue in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to accountants in resolving issues and completing tasks related to the
closing of monthly management accounts.
• Escalate and investigate complex matters as needed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial
data.
6. Stakeholder Communication and Consolidation of Diverse Reports:
• Communicate financial results and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear
and concise manner.
• Consolidate diverse financial reports from various business units or subsidiaries to produce
comprehensive and meaningful financial statements for management review.
• Perform Some business analysis and Ad-hoc reports
o Customer reports
o Project reports
o Commission’s reports
o Sales accruals, Group Staff reports

About you
This role would ideally suit someone with the following
characteristics, knowledge and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, Management Accounts, Audits and Internal Controls Roles.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including IFRS and UK-GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Xero being advantageous but not mandatory. Strong Excel
skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence Software, such as MS BI (Power Query/Power Pivot/Automation), is preferred.
• A self-motivated individual with a high business acumen.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a diligent approach to tasks.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Efficient, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to management and key stakeholders.
