Join Excis Compliance in Antananarivo, Madagascar, as an Invoicing Agent! We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals to manage invoicing processes and support our growing client base. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, multinational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate customer invoices and issue them via mail, email, or customer portals.
Verify data inputs to ensure final billing accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and Purchase Orders (POs).
Resolve discrepancies in billing and invoice records.
Communicate with customers to address billing issues and disputes.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to share billing updates.
Ensure timely and accurate recording and processing of payments.
Manage administrative duties, including responding to emails and client queries.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business Administration.

Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong data entry and numerical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Prior invoicing experience is a plus.

Language Proficiency:
English at B2-C2 level (advanced proficiency).
