
As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with e-commerce and financial services. Communicating in English and either Turkish or Azerbaijani, you will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, helping clients resolve issues efficiently and professionally. You will also contribute to a positive customer experience by collaborating with your team on complex cases and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
This role suits someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and confident using AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity. The position operates on rotational 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, five days a week, including one weekend shift per month
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms, addressing queries and resolving concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with teammates to resolve more complex or technical issues.
Maintain and update client information using CRM systems.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to automate or streamline routine tasks and boost productivity.

Solid computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and either Turkish or Azerbaijani; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
A positive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
Previous customer service experience is desirable.
Comfortable using and integrating AI tools like ChatGPT in day-to-day work.
