• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain, aligning with the organization's business objectives and ensuring operational efficiency
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
• Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels
• Coordinate production schedules, capacity planning, and resource utilization to meet demand while minimizing production lead times
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery to customers while minimizing transportation costs and maintaining high service levels
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and other relevant departments to forecast demand, plan production, and optimize inventory levels based on customer needs and market trends
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, such as supply disruptions, quality issues, or geopolitical factors that could impact the flow of goods and services.
• Continuously analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and lower costs.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 07 years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and modeling
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus
• Experience working in collaboration
• Results / business oriented and cost-conscious mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
