We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
As a Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing drivers, and ensuring that all transportation activities align with the company’s goals and standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with various departments, clients , and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in windows software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Languages : Malagasy – French – English
