
• Minimum of a Baccalaureate+2 diploma in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of human resources management.
• Knowledge of the Malagasy Labor Code ;
• Good level in Malagasy, French, and English (both written and spoken) ;
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) ;
• Knowledge of SAGE Payroll software is an asset ;
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information ;
• Willingness to travel and work in remote or challenging environments, if required.
