Qualifications & experience:
 Be familiar with industry knowledge and have strong innovation capabilities.
 Experience in ground project development and construction and power grid is preferred.
 Be brave to challenge, be tenacity and fortitude.
 Majors related to PV, such as power electronics, power system, electrical engineering, and energy are preferred.
 Be familiar with the development and construction of ground power stations.
 Have some theory and knowledge, at least in one field (photovoltaic, energy storage, parallel off-grid, or security) Proficiently master and apply relevant solutions.
 Be able to communicate and guide solutions.
 Have the ability to develop relationships with industry departments or key leaders.
