1.Responsible for IP equipment hardware installation supervision, software commission and service integration/cut over.
2.Responsible for IP equipment maintenance, support customer to deal with equipment operation and service configuration, solve equipment problem so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Discuss IP equipment technical issue and proposal with customer.

- At least 3 years of experience in Project Delivering and Technical Support service for related IP Network products.
- Self-motivated, customer oriented
- Responsible for the duties of a network maintenance engineer for data communication products, engaging in maintenance and fault analysis of data communication products, promptly handling rectifications and warnings, and eliminating risks in the live network.
- Support pre-sales expansion, collect live network information, and promptly assist TAC/GTAC in completing problem location and handling.
- Familiar with data communication protocols such as IGP/BGP/MPLS, and familiar with data communication products such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc. Preference given to those with HCIP/HCIE.
- Good Communication skills and multi-cultural environment experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and written in French/English.
