• Develop and execute the annual learning plan aligned with business needs, cloud transformation initiatives, and technical roadmaps.
• Design and launch pre-recruitment training programs to build external pools of certified candidates (technical bootcamps, academies, internship programs).
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define technical assessments and minimum training standards required prior to entry for specialized roles.
• Support the Group’s workforce planning strategy by building "ready-to-hire" pipelines in critical domains (Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Center Operations).
• Develop and maintain structured onboarding training packs for new joiners across technical and commercial functions.
• Design tailored technical and non-technical training programs (certification preparation, upskilling bootcamps, leadership programs, etc.).
• Deliver or coordinate delivery of workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions in both classroom and virtual formats.
• Develop and maintain a digital learning ecosystem, integrating e-learning platforms.
• Build and manage a certification tracking system to ensure employees achieve and maintain required certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Monitor renewal periods and organize recertification activities proactively.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and partners (e.g., AWS Training Partners, Microsoft Learning Partners).
• Negotiate training packages and ensure quality of external learning delivery.
• Define and track KPIs (certification rate, learning hours per employee, post-training application rate, time-to-productivity metrics).
• Analyze training effectiveness through surveys, practical assessments, and business impact studies.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and suggest continuous improvement actions.

• Master degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a high-tech, cloud, or telecom environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data center operations, and technical certifications.
• Experience designing and managing pre-recruitment and onboarding training programs.
• Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills: able to drive multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
