• Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a high-tech, cloud, or telecom environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data center operations, and technical certifications.
• Experience designing and managing pre-recruitment and onboarding training programs.
• Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills: able to drive multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
