
To serve as the primary contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns through phone, email, live chat and other communication channels.
Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM softwares.
Perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
Possess good computer skills and familiarity with standard software applications;
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English;
Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and growing in a customer service role;
Prior customer service experience is advantageous;
Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
Shift:
Rotational shifts of 8 hours a day between 7 AM until 8 PM, 5 days a week. Includes one working weekend
