We are an international law firm based in Madagascar and we are recruiting for the following position:

You will have 5-8 years’ experience in commercial law either in a law firm or a large corporation, with a strong emphasis on corporate and/or finance work.
You will have managed transactions, handled portfolios and be intimately familiar with the needs of both international clients and international law firms.
You will have a confident but friendly manner and be happy dealing with people both senior and junior to you within an organisation.
You will speak and write fluent French and good English.
Familiarity with the OHADA system will be a distinct advantage.
