Use Excel to determine the evolution of the Team( Histogram, comaraison graph).
Maintain the quality of the work according to the scale from the client.
Daily report on the work.
Update the quality controller file.
Follow up on the weakest agents, during and after the treatment.
Strengthen the agents by inspiring them.
Teach the agents to be a good leader.

English Operator

Annotate the data set program.
Evaluate the personal annotation.
Read and follow the given script for the work

Driver

- Arrange to pick up missionaries every transfer day and always arrive on time.
- Load and unload the truck, help the passenger to lift up their suitcase, bags.
- Safe driver with comprehensive knowledge of all provinces diving laws,
- Active listening skills to hear what a passenger wants,
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including filling up with gasoline well before it runs low, taking vehicle in to get oil changed, and checking tire pressure at least once a week,
- Cleaned the interior and the exterior of the vehicle everyday to provide the best impression to passengers.
- Carry out errands for missionary executives, such as picking up packages or running to the mission office, Bank,
- Be in charge of the car (cleanliness, full, Accessories, security…);
- Daily update of the mileage done, fuel quantity and so on...
- Use GPS to track the way.
- Training on 4 Wheels drive guide such as 4H/4L with Nissan Harbody NP300 / NP300 AX, Nissan Navara, Ford Ranger.

Stage on Car Mechanic

Check the problem of the vehicle according to the Data motor's guide.
Replace the used spare of the vehicle.
Guaranti the quality of the work.
Test the vehicle then give it back to the client in a respective time
