Quality Management Officer
Key factors in the effectiveness of an organization; the main responsibilities of this position are the development, the implementation, and the management of total quality programs, policies, and initiatives. Identify and leads projects to improve productivity and quality across organization functions, including production, customer service, and back office operations. Provide guidance and training for quality initiatives. Typically reports to the Senior Manager. Manage lower level staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Have a full authority for personnel actions. Ensure that project goals are met and adhering to approved budgets Extensive knowledge of department processes. Evolving in the pharmaceutical sector, this position manages the Laboratories compliances, a discipline which demands a strong understanding capacity of contracts and various documents such as Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEA) and Quality Agreement. Moreover, OPHAM is a company certificated ISO 9001 2015 and a major role of this position is the planning, the carrying out, the control and the improvement of the initiatives in order to maintain the certification. A task, which manage the continuous improvements (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) and the documents of quality management system (Procedure writing, implementation, update, archive management)

Management and Maintenance Officer
The main responsibilities of this position are -Customer complaints management and Maintenance Management (receivers management): The basic of this task was the management of the complaints; which includes assisting through phone call and the management of the record and the management of the receivers companies responsible for the Maintenance (Contract, performance, respect of deadlines,..). There are 72 TOTAL Service stations there in Madagascar and on average, there are 2,200 complaints every year that are from them combine with complaints from Gas and liquefy oil deposit, particularly customer and aviation deposits. These complaints are transmitted via telephone or email. The process is the same for each complaints, however many factors influence the realization of the performance (Cause of the complaints, localization, significance, ...) - Manage the Exploitation Direction budget: The Exploitation Direction is one of the directions, which mostly consume the biggest budget in a company, and at TOTAL it was the case. With an average of 1,300 purchases request every year, TOTAL MADAGASIKARA uses an Enterprise Resource Planning called “HARMONIE” in order to manage the operations. My role within this process was to: - Create the purchase request of the Exploitation Direction onto HARMONIE and manage the recording system - Pass the request to the next department according to the process - Compare the budget forecast to the real budget - Compare the order form to the receipt Everybeginning of the month, I had to present a summary of movements and operations occurring the previous month. - Management of goods: The management of goods is related to corporal immobilizations of Service stations, Gas and liquefy oil deposit, particularly customer and aviation deposits.
