Creating a classroom climates which is comfortable and at the same time stimulating. Providing a
classroom presence and contributing the positive ethos of the school. Putting students first by
demonstrating energy, vision and creativity. Engage students in problem solving, critical thinking and
other activities that make subject matter evocative.

Duties:
 Managing students' behavior in the classroom and on school premises.
 Teaching fifth and sixth Grade Mathematics, Science, Career and Health and safety Education.
 Responsible for fourth grade as main teacher.
 Responsible for the social, emotional, mental, physical well being and development of the
students.
 Initiator and leader of the K-Club (Malagasy, English, Journalism, Movie, Scientist, Sport, Creation
and Drama clubs at Kits4kids International Ilafy), responsible for the weekly planning and the
events' organization.
 Keeping parents and careers updates about their child's progress.
 Administrating examination.
 Evaluated the students' class work and assignments: graded tests, essay, reports and others
assignments-feedback with the faculty assessment.
