● My mission is to falicitate the quality team.
● Organise a daily meeting with all QC supervisors in each section and share all the internal and external information.
● Share the planning of each dept to QC supervisor for their follow up.
● To plan all external inspection (3rd party inspection).
● To complete KPI Dashboard by each dept for QC Manager follow up.
● Perform one Quality Audit per day and share non-conformities and good practices to the QC supervisors of each section.
● Send non-conformity sheet of fabric and accessories issues to merchandiser to alert suppliers.
● My objective is to help the QC manager to manage and know our performance.

Cutting QC supervisor October 2019 – November 2020

● As a supervisor my mission was to manage a team of 3 people.
● Our objectives :
● Support the production team (cutting) during the bulk (PP Meeting, High risk, number of plyheigh, separation to avoid any shading on bulk, etc.)
● Follow the progression of the orders (standardization, management of dyelots, fitting with pattern, defects, dimession)
● Audit the quality system apply in the section (package delivery, lying method, relaxation timing, etc.)
● Collect and analyze data from other departments such as printing dept and sewing line.
● Implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the cutting production team.
