TASK AND PERFORMED RESPOSIBILITIES :
-Conducted tool box talk with workers and advised supervisors on safety aspects and
maintained the attendance record by having employees affixed their signatures.
- Ensured the proper use of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by everyone.
-Coordination of the inspection of lifting equipment and hoists on the site.
- Educated all employees on the HSE core site Regulations.
- Check the pressure of fire extinguishers regularly.
- Ensured all necessary work permits are obtained and validated before any tasks to be
performed.
- Helping team members of project in identifying and conducting risk .

- Maintenance of Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) records for hazardous materials and
forward to the respective supervisory authorities.
- Directed additional safety orientation for new workers and studied in
the case of accident, accuracy, dangerous events or occupational disease.
- Assist project team members in identifying and realizing risks.
- Holding and maintaining HSE files and reports
Prepared schedules for daily transport schedule of drivers.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and site coordinators regarding
reservation and demand of mobile equipment.
Plan and coordinate the check list and past any anomalies to the chief mechanic responsible for repairs.
Perform the management of mobile equipment operators under my responsibility within the various sites according to the request we received.
