French Riviera Parties is a French company based in Nice, French Riviera. We are specialized in organizing events on the French Riviera between Monaco and St Tropez. As part of a strong recovery from the Covid-19 on the French Riviera, we are looking for a freelance event planner to join our team of enthusiasts.

MISSIONS:
Acquire new partners for business development and sustain relationships (email, phone and video calls) - artists and dancers / hospitality staff / security staff / caterers and bartenders / event venues / Musicians and DJs
Connecting and coordinating with existing partners
Project management
Management of booking requests, briefing, sending quotes
Organize and manage video calls with clients to determine their needs
Management and organization of experiences and events
Management of tours and events: preparation, coordination, follow-up of clients before, during and after the event
Management of the team's operations schedule for events and parties
Management of reservations and payments before the event
Communicate and cooperate with the team to achieve a common goal
Adhering to all safety guidelines and ensuring that guests remain in designated areas
Work with management to develop new events
Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times


Previous experience in event planning/coordination is essential
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Bilingual French English level B2 to C2. Most of our clients are international
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Excellent anticipation and adaptation skills
Autonomous and flexible
Enthusiastic, friendly and sociable
Passionate about the world of events
Ability to listen
Self-employed status

Please, note that it’s a 100% remote work.

CONDITIONS:
Contract start date: mid-January 2023
Type of contract: service contract
Location of the mission: from anywhere
Remuneration : around 750 Euros per month according to experience
Duration of the contract: 6 months with possibility of renewal
