Key Responsibilities

• Performs the overall day-to-day management of the project to ensure quality of the projects.
• Controlling and monitoring progress of team(s) to ensure the work is adequately and properly completed, overall quality and subcontractor management for the entire project as per the laid down procedures and standards.
• Responsible for tomorrow plan and daily operations.
• Control quality Control & quality Assurance.
• Supports the project manager in achieving the day to day system operations works and ensure that all the project plans are in line as per the master plans.
• Responsible for ensuring that requirements and acceptance criteria are satisfactorily captured by the business and agrees with the strategy for the project.
• Responsible for configuration management including change control
• Prepares plans for the team’s work and agrees it with the project manager.
• Provides reports to Project Manager /committee and advises if any issues

• Qualifications & experience
i. Bachelor’s degree or above with Major in Management & Finance or Telecommunications/IT/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related fields.
ii. project management experience experiences and have been exposed from project definition, implementation, and project acceptance
iii. Experience in managing budgets, costs and expenses of the project effectively is an added advantage
iv. Good planning, project scheduling, control and presentation skills.
v. Excellent IT and MS software skills including Excel, Power point, MS Visio etc.
vi. Have good Verbal and English skills in French and English
